Having regard to the amended decision of September 22, 1989 setting out the terms and conditions for the examinations of the certificate of fitness for the faculty of physical and sport education;
Considering the amended decision of 20 March 1991 setting out the terms and conditions of the recruitment examinations in the body of the directors of the information and orientation center and counselors-psychologists;
Having regard to the amended decision of 30 April 1991 setting out the organizational sections and procedures for the examinations of the certificate of fitness for the faculty of technical education;
In view of the amended decision of 18 October 1991 setting out the modalities for organizing the competition for access to the preparatory cycle for the second internal competition for recruiting teachers from schools;
Having regard to the amended decision of 6 November 1992 setting out the sections and modalities for organizing the access examinations to the body of professional high school teachers;
Having regard to the amended decision of 10 November 1992 setting out the sections and modalities for organizing the preparatory examinations for the external and internal examinations of access to the body of professional high school teachers;
Having regard to the amended decision of 24 December 1992 setting out the organizational arrangements for the first internal competitive examination for school teachers;
In view of the amended decision of 15 July 1993 setting out the modalities for organizing the external competition, the internal competition and the third recruitment examination in the body of the principal education advisers;
In view of the decision of 10 May 2005 setting out the modalities for organizing the external competition, the special external competition, the second internal competition, the second special internal competition and the third competitive examination for school teachers,

In the fourth sentence of Article 7 of the decree of September 22, 1989 referred to above, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of the test" are inserted.
In the third sentence of Article 7 of the above-mentioned Decree of 20 March 1991, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of the test" are inserted.
In the fourth sentence of Article 7 of the above-mentioned Decree of 30 April 1991, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of a trial" are inserted.
In article 1 of the above-mentioned decision of 18 October 1991, a second paragraph was added:
"The organization of the contests can, on the initiative of the rectors concerned, be common to several academies. In this case, the Minister for Education designates the rector responsible for setting the date of the contest and the dates of the opening and closing of the registration register, setting the list of examination centres, chairing the joint jury, appointing the members of the jury and stopping the main and complementary lists. »
The provisions of Article 5 of the aforementioned Order of 18 October 1991 are replaced by the following provisions:
“Art. 5. - The provisions of articles 5 to 8 and 12 to 14 of the decree of 10 May 2005 setting out the modalities for the organization of the external competition, the special external competition, the second internal competition, the second special internal competition and the third competitive examination for teachers of schools are applicable to the competitions provided for in article 17-7 of the decree of 1 August 1990 referred to above. »
In the fourth sentence of Article 7 of the above-mentioned Order of November 6, 1992, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of trial" are inserted.
In the third sentence of Article 7 of the above-mentioned Order of November 10, 1992, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of a trial" are inserted.
At the beginning of article 1 of the above-mentioned decision of 24 December 1992, a first and second preambular paragraph were inserted:
"The Minister for Education sets out the dates of the contests provided for in section 4 (2°) of the above-mentioned Decree No. 90-680 of 1 August 1990, the opening and closing dates of the registration register and the registration procedures.
Academie inspectors, heads of departmental services of national education, set a list of test centres for each department. »
In article 4 of the above-mentioned decision of December 24, 1992, the words: "Articles 6, 7 and 8 of the order of October 18, 1991" are replaced by the words: "Articles 5, 6 and 7 of the decree of May 10, 2005 setting out the modalities for the organization of the external competition, the special external contest, the second internal contest, the second special internal contest and the third competition for the recruitment of teachers of schools".
In article 7 of the above-mentioned decision of 24 December 1992, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of a trial" are inserted.
In the fourth sentence of Article 6 of the above-mentioned Decree of 15 July 1993, after the words: "not to participate in a trial", the words "or part of a trial" are inserted.
The provisions of this Order shall take effect from the 2006 session of the competitions.
The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Minister of Public Service are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
