In view of Decree No. 2005-922 of 2 August 2005 on the conditions for the appointment and advancement of certain functional jobs of the establishments mentioned in Article 2 (1°, 2° and 3°) of Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In view of Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 on the compensation scheme of management staff of the establishments referred to in Article 2 (1°, 2° and 3°) of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service,

The annual amounts of the fixed share and the variable portion of the function premium provided for in Article 2 of the above-mentioned Decree of 2 August 2005 shall be fixed as follows:

With regard to the directors of central administration at the Paris Public Hospital Assistance, they will benefit on a provisional basis, for those who are on duty and pending the specific provisions concerning them, from the regime of executive directors of university hospital groupings of the Paris Public Hospital Assistance.
The amount of the specific hardship allowance provided for in Article 5 of Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 referred to above is set at 10,000 euros.
The monthly amount of the common management allowance provided for in Article 6 Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 referred to above is set at 580 euros for a common management and 290 euros for the management of an inter-hospital union.
The monthly amount of the interim allowance provided for in Article 7 of Decree No. 2005-932 of 2 August 2005 referred to above shall be fixed for the jobs of Chief of Institution or General Secretary of Interhospital Union within the meaning of Article 27 of Decree No. 2005-921 of 2 August 2005 referred to above:
- 290 euros where the interim is carried out in the establishment of assignment of the management staff concerned;
- 580 euros when the interim is in another establishment.
For the jobs of Secretary General of Interhospital Union within the meaning of Article 26 of Decree No. 2005-921 of 2 August 2005 referred to above, the monthly amount of the interim allowance is set at 290 euros.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister of Public Service and the Minister for Budget and State Reform, the spokesperson for the Government, are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
