By order of the Prime Minister and the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms dated 2 August 2004, is authorized under the year 2005 to open a professional examination for access to the rank of the 2nd Class Central Office of the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
The number of positions offered will be fixed later by interdepartmental order.
The registration register will be closed on Friday, September 10, 2004, term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held). Applicants will have to send, by post only, the registration file to the Ministry of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, DRH-SDRF-BRPP, 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes. Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The oral professional selection test will begin on Monday, October 11, 2004.
The central administrative officers in the detachment position in another centrally operated attacking body will have to make known the option they have chosen for their participation in this test (participation in the test either in their original body or in their host body).
Applicants who wish to compete may obtain a registration file either:

- by letter addressed to the Ministry of Interior, Homeland Security and Local Freedoms, DRH-SDRF-BRPP, 27, Les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes, joining an A4 format enclosed to EUR 1.11 and labeled at the contact details of the candidate.
