In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of The National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 6 and 7 November 2003,
Décrète:
The decree of 13 April 1981 referred to above is supplemented by an article 2a so written:
" Article 2 bis. -The basic wines are derived from grapes harvested on parcels which have been declared for assignment to the services of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin no later than 31 May preceding the harvest. This declaration of assignment is attached to the declaration of the harvest. "
Article 5 of the Decree of 13 April 1981 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 5. -The basic performance of the basic wines referred to in Article R. 641-73 of the Rural Code shall be set at 7 500 kilograms of harvest per hectare.
The yield under Article R. 641-76 of the Rural Code shall be set at 9 000 kilograms of grape harvest per hectare. "
Paragraphs 3 to 5 of Article 6 of the Decree of 13 April 1981 are replaced by the following provisions:
" As of the 2007-2008 season, pressure installations must be approved by the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin.
This approval, which is given after the opinion of a committee Experts appointed by the said National Committee shall attest to the conformity of the pressurage installation with the qualitative standards laid down in the specifications approved by the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Designations of origin.
Opening, extending, or modifying a Installation of pressurage must give rise to the approval before the entry into operation of the installation.
The wines intended for the development of " Blanquette de Limoux can be obtained only within the maximum limit of 100 litres of must for 150 Kilograms of grapes used.

Article 13bis of the above-mentioned Decree of 13 April 1981 is repealed.
