Order of July 24, 2003 concerning l ' Empowerment of officials and agents under#039; authority of the President of the#039; Telecommunications Regulatory Authority under articles L. 32-4 and L. 40 of the Postal Code and Telecommunications

By order of the Minister delegated to industry as of July 24, 2003:
The right to collect the information and documents and to carry out the investigations referred to in Article L. 32-4 of the postal code and telecommunications and to carry out checks, seizures, investigations, search and declaration by Minutes Offences falling within the scope of Article L. 40 of the Postal Code and telecommunications, for a period of five years and throughout the national territory, the officials of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Following:
MM. Gérard Lescure and Ange-Marie Mucchielli.
Is entitled to carry out the checks, seizures, investigations, search and record of the offences falling within the scope of Article L. 40 of the Postal Code and Telecommunications, for a period of five years and throughout the national territory, Mr Gweltas Quentrec, agent of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
A card attesting to this entitlement and oaths is established and Issued by the Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
