In the light of the decree of 28 July 1998 declaring the public utility of the acquisitions and works necessary for the construction of the first tramway line The agglomeration of Orléanaise on the territory of the communes of Fleury-les-Aubrais, Orléans, Olivet (Loiret) and taking modification of the plans of occupation of the said communes;
In view of the decree of the prefect of the Loiret of 27 November 1964 establishing the intercommunal association with multiple vocations (SIVOM) of the agglomeration Orléanaise;
In view of the decree of the prefect of the region Centre, prefect of the Loiret, of 27 December 2001, pronouncing the transformation of the community of communes of the agglomeration of Orléanaise in the community of the city of Orléanaise;
Given the order of the Prefect of the region Centre, Prefect of the Loiret, of 10 April 2003 Modification of the statutes of the community of the city of Orléanaise;
Given the deliberation of the council of the agglomeration community Orléans-Val de Loire of 28 May 2003 seeking an extension of the effects of the declaration of public utility July 28, 1998;
The Conseil d' Etat (section of the interior) heard,
Describes:
The effects of the declaration of public utility delivered by decree of 28 July 1998 are Extended for a period of three years from 30 July 2003.
The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local freedoms and the minister responsible for local freedoms are charged, each As regards the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
