In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of The National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 11 and 12 February 2004,
Describes:
Article 3 of the Decree of 17 October 1975 referred to above is replaced by the following:
" Art. 3. -The wines are derived from grapes harvested in the geographical area of production, in an area delimited by parcels or parts thereof, as approved by the National Wine and Life Committee of the National Institute of Designations of origin at its meetings of 6 March 1997 and on 11 and 12 February 2004, on the proposal of the Committee of Experts designated for this purpose.
