Decree of 21 July 2004 amending the decree of 17 October 1975 Relating to designations of origin controlled " Jurançon " And " Dry Jurançon "

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
Vu Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine and the regulations made for its application;
Given the general tax code;
In view of the Customs Code;
Due to the Rural Code;
Due to the Consumer Code;
Due to the Amended Decree of 17 October 1975 on Controlled Appellations of Origin " Jurançon " And " Dry Jurançon " ;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code in respect of wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine and Life Committee of The National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 11 and 12 February 2004,
Describes:

Article 1

Article 2 of the Decree of 17 October 1975 referred to above is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. -The wines are derived from grapes harvested in the geographical area of production referred to in Article 3 of this Decree, on an area delimited by parcels or parts of parcels as approved by the National Wine Committee and The National Institute of Appellations of Origin at its meeting on 11 and 12 February 2004, on the proposal of the Committee of Experts designated for this purpose.
The parcelling area thus delimited shall be carried over to the cadastral plans Deposited in the municipality of the municipalities concerned.
As a transitional period, the parcels planted in Vineyard excluded from the delimited area of the controlled appellations of origin "Jurançon and" Dry Jurançon, identified by their cadastral references and area, the list of which was approved by the National Wine and Life Committee of the Institute National designations of origin at its meeting of 11 and 12 February 2004, provided that they comply with the conditions laid down by this Decree, continue to benefit for their collection of the right to registered appellations of origin ' Jurançon Or " Dry Jurançon until they are grubbed up and up to the harvest 2024 included. "

Item 2

Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs, the minister responsible for small and medium-sized enterprises, trade, craft and liberal professions and consumption, and the Secretary of State for the budget and budgetary reform are Entrusted, each as far as it is concerned, in the execution of this Decree, which shall be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
