Decree n ° 2006-919 of 19 July 2006 amending Decree No. 68-534 of 30 May 1968 establishing the information centre on population problems

The Prime Minister,
On the Minister of Employment, Social Cohesion and Housing, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and Minister for National Education, Higher Education and Research,
In light of Decree No. 68-534 of 30 May 1968 Creating the information centre on the problems of the population;
In light of Decree No. 86-382 of 12 March 1986, amended on the organization and operation of the National Institute for Demographic Studies,

Item 1
Article 2 of the decree of 30 May 1968 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Art. 2. -The annual programme of action of the information centre on population problems shall be drawn up by a steering committee chaired by the minister responsible for social affairs or, in his absence, by a member of the committee appointed by him. The composition and operating rules of the steering committee shall be fixed by order of the Minister responsible for social affairs. "

Article 3 of the decree of 30 May 1968 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Art. 3. -The Director of the National Institute for Demographic Studies presents, once a year, before the Board of Directors, the resources allocated to the information centre on population problems, its activity report and its annual programme Action. An agreement concluded between the Ministry of Social Affairs and the National Institute for Demographic Studies specifies the modalities for the implementation and funding of the annual programme of action of the information centre on the problems of the Population. "

Article 4 of the decree of 30 May 1968 is replaced by the following provisions:
" Art. 4. -Staff assigned to the information centre on population problems are subject to the same rules as the staff of the National Institute for Demographic Studies. "
