Key Benefits:
The Prime Minister,
On the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and Minister of Public Service and State Reform,
Law No. 48-1504 of 28 September 1948 on the special status of police personnel;
Due to the amended Act No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 on security orientation and programming, and In particular its Article 36;
In light of Law No. 2002-1094 of 29 August 2002 on internal security orientation and programming;
In light of Decree No. 45-980 of 16 May 1945 on the allowances of national security personnel and of national security personnel. Regional policies of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 95-654 of 3 May 1995 laying down the provisions applicable to active civil servants of the national police, as amended by Decree No. 97-640 of 31 May 1997,
Within the limit of appropriations available for this purpose, officials and agents of the State may receive an exceptional performance award:
-belonging to an active, administrative, technical or scientific body of the national police;
-belonging to other bodies or categories of personnel and assigned to a service or directorate whose list is Ministerial Order in accordance with Article 2 below;
-under Public Law Contract of the Ministry of the Interior, including Security Assistants.
An exceptional result premium can be assigned:
-as a group: On the basis of results measured from indicators defined by the Minister of the Interior and obtained by all or part of the staff referred to in Article 1 and assigned to one of the services or directorates whose list is established by order Departmental;
-individually in the form of awards due to the quality of services rendered in the exercise of operational or support missions of the national police or participation in an exceptional event in the plan National for the staff referred to in Article 1 assigned in one of the services or Directorates whose list is established by Ministerial Order.
The terms and conditions for the award of exceptional performance awards shall be determined annually by the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms.
A joint order of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister responsible for the Budget and the Minister responsible for the function Rates for exceptional results.
As from the publication of this Order, the provisions of Decree No. 45-980 of 16 May 1945 on the allowances of the staff of national security and of the regional police forces are hereby repealed. The exception of the 3 ° paragraph of Article 7 validating the decree of 15 June 1926 (art. 4) creating investigation and monitoring costs.
Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of The interior, internal security and local freedoms, the Minister for Public Service and State reform and the Secretary of State for the budget and budgetary reform shall each be responsible for the implementation of the This Order, effective January 1, 2004, will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
