In view of the decree of 25 May 2000 appointing the Director of the Rural and Forest Space ;
Given the decree of 23 May 2002 on the delegation of signature;

Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the Order of 2 July 1999 Carrying out the organisation and remit of the Rural and Forest Directorate;
Having regard to the Order of 2 July 1999 concerning the organisation of the services of the management of the countryside and the forest;
In view of the decree of 16 May 2002 on the delegation of signature,
Décrète:
Article 2 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002 reads as follows:
" Art. 2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg and Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys, Mr. François Roche-Bruyn, Deputy Director, MM. Christian Barthod and Jean-Claude Vial, chief engineers of rural, water and forest engineering, and Anne Barrillon and Catherine Sarryors of Menthière, chief engineers of rural engineering, water and forestry, have signed, on behalf of the The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them. "
After Article 3 of the aforementioned decree of 23 May 2002, are added Articles 3-1 to 3-8 thus written:
" Article 3-1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg, Ms. Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys and Mr. Philippe Ramet, Mr. Olivier Mary, Central Administrative Assistant, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it. "
" Article 3-2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg, Ms. Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys and Ms. Catherine Sarragainst de Menthière, Ms. Marie-Annick Simon, a contracting officer, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
. Article 3-3. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Pierre-Eric Rosenberg, Ms. Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys and Mr. Christian Barthod, Mr. André Labarrière, Chief Engineer of Rural, Water and Forestry, a delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to

Article 3-4. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Pierre-Eric Rosenberg, Mrs Sylvie Hubin-Dedenys and Mrs Anne Barrillon, Mr Michel Hermeline, engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, has delegated to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Of food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to
