In view of the level of the monthly index of prices, excluding tobacco, for consumption of urban households headed by workers or employees, which is 105.6 for the month of May 2002;
In view of the increase in the basic monthly wage rate of March 2001 to March 2002, 2.7 %,

The rate of revaluation of the wage guarantee applicable to employees remunerated at the SMIC and Provided for in Article 32 of the aforementioned Law of 19 January 2000 shall be set at 1.80 % as of 1 July 2002, in metropolitan France, in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and in the overseas departments.
Percentage of Revaluation fixed in Article 1 shall apply, as from 1 July 2002, to the monthly minimum remuneration paid to employees of undertakings referred to in Article L. 241-13-1 of the Social Security Code, created after the entry into Of the Act of 19 January 2000 referred to above and before 1 January 2002 and beneficiaries of the aid referred to in Article 3 of Act No. 98-461 as amended of 13 June 1998 concerning the reduction of working time.
