Summary


Financial Assistance Paid By the State to private institutions of agricultural technical education mentioned in Art. L. 813-9 of the rural code is equal to the product of the number of trainers by the cost of the post, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 49 et seq. Of Decree 88-922 of 14-09-1988 as amended by Decree 92-674 of 06-07-1992. The cost of the post is calculated by reference to the average cost for the State of the corresponding posts of contract teachers of public law practising clans in private agricultural education institutions mentioned in Art. L. 813-8 of the Rural Code. For the year 2003 the indices are revalued under the conditions laid down in Art. 52 of Order in Council 88-922. Either: For the long cycle at 483; for the cycle short to 464 last known indices at 01-09-2002.

On the Minister's report Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In view of Book VIII, Chapter III of the Rural Code;
In light of Decree No. 88-922 of 14 September 1988 and the Decree N ° 92-674 of 16 July 1992 amending its Annex V;
Having regard to Decree No. 89-406 of 20 June 1989 on contracts between the State and the teachers of the establishments referred to in Article L. 813-8 of the Rural Code,

For the year 2003, the cost of the post of trainer in a private establishment of agricultural education referred to in Article L. 813-9 of the Rural Code is equal :
-when the person is teaching in the short cycle, at the amount of the salary corresponding to the new average index of 464, increased by 46 % to take into account the expenses;
-when the person is teaching in the short or long cycle, at the Amount of treatment corresponding to the new average index plus 483, increased by 46 % to account for expenses.
