In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 10 January 2003 inviting the creditors of the mutual societies concerned to submit their observations on the draft Transfer;
Due to the solvency certification of January 14, 2003 issued by the Mutual Control and Provident Control Board;
In view of the supporting documents, including the Merger Treaty,

Approved the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions set out in item L. 212-11 of the Code Of the mutuality, with their rights and obligations, of all the portfolios of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts of the General Mutual Life of Paris, of the mutual society of employees in the bookshop of Paris and of the Mutualité hotelière, au profit de l' union de mutuMutual surgical de Paris.
The Director of Social Security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
