Order of June 11, 2002 amending the October 20, 1993 Order for the Training of Public Health Inspectors

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 49-1239 of 13 September 1949 Laying down the common provisions applicable to civil servants trainees of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-607 of 14 June 1985 on the vocational training of civil servants;
Given Decree No. 92-1432 of 30 December 1992 amended relating to the special status of pharmacists health inspectors Public, and in particular Articles 6 and 7;
In view of the Decree of 20 October 1993 on the training of public health inspectors;
On the proposal of the Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget,
Stop:

Item 1

The third paragraph of Article 9 of the Order of 20 October 1993 is repealed.

Article 2

The Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published In the Official Journal of the French Republic.
