By way of derogation from the provisions of the preceding Articles:
1 ° The affairs of the Staff Regulations of Officials and Agents of the State and of State Workers shall be examined by the Finance Section. The status cases concerning the territorial civil service are examined by the section of the interior; those concerning the hospital public service are examined by the social section. Pension cases are reviewed by the Finance Section.
