Order of 10 June 2004 on the distribution of cases between the administrative sections of the Council of State

By way of derogation from the provisions of the preceding Articles:
1 ° The affairs of the Staff Regulations of Officials and Agents of the State and of State Workers shall be examined by the Finance Section. The status cases concerning the territorial civil service are examined by the section of the interior; those concerning the hospital public service are examined by the social section. Pension cases are reviewed by the Finance Section. Where a case of public service or pension relates specifically to officials of the State placed under the authority of one of the ministers referred to in Articles 1, 3 and 4 above, the President of the Finance Section may, in agreement With the President of the Section responsible for matters dependent on the Minister, to call one of the members of this section to take part, in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article R. 123-6 of the Code of Justice Administrative, in the deliberations of the Finance Section.
Cases relating to Mutual insurance and provident insurance institutions are examined by the finance section.
2 ° The social security and business affairs section of the Social Insurance Section examines cases concerning social security schemes. Work and employment, including professional relations between employees and employers, even if they are not directly related to the Minister of Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion or the Minister of Health and Protection Social.
