The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, the Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of Public Service and State Reform,
Given the Law No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995, as amended d' orientation et de programmation relative à la sécurité, and in particular its Article 36;
In view of Decree No. 97-1007 of 30 October 1997 on security assistants recruited pursuant to Article 36 of the Law No. 95-73 of 21 January 1995 amended policy and programming relating to the Security,
Describes:

Item 1
A performance allowance is assigned to all security assistants after the service has been established. In addition, there is a supplement allocated to those assigned in the territorial jurisdiction of the Paris and Versailles police general secretariats.

The amounts of the allowance and supplement are determined by joint order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister responsible for the Public Service and the Minister responsible for the budget.

Minister of State, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Interior, Internal Security and Local Freedoms, Minister of Public Service and Reform of The State and the Secretary of State for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall take effect on 1 January 2004 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
