The competitions for access to the body of the administrative assistants of the deconcentrated services have a written test of eligibility and an oral admission test.
The dates of the tests, the closing dates of the Entries, as well as the list of test centres will be the subject of an order made by the prefect of each organising region.
The composition of the juries will be the subject of orders made by the Minister for Employment, Labour and Cohesion Minister of Health and Social Welfare, the Minister of the Family and
list of candidates admitted to the competition will be the subject of an order taken by the prefect of each organising region.
In accordance with Article 3 of Decree No. 2002-1294 of 24 October 2002, it is recalled that nationals of the Member States of the European Community or of another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area other than France cannot hold a job in the body to which they Belong, or in the host body under the provisions of Decree No. 85-986 of 16 September 1985 amended, whose powers are not separable from the exercise of sovereignty or involve direct or indirect participation in the exercise of powers of public authority.
