Order of 9 May 2005 establishing joint technical committees for the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation and the National Civil Aviation School

The Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Land Use Planning, Tourism and the Sea, and the Minister of Public Service and State reform,
Given Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State ;
In light of Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees;
In light of Decree No. 2005-199 of 28 February 2005 amending Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 on the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
In view of Decree No. 2005-200 of 28 February 2005 establishing the Directorate of Air Navigation Services;
In view of Decree No. 2005-201 of 28 February 2005 amending Decree No. 60-652 of 28 June 1960 on the organization of the metropolitan decentralised services Civil Aviation;
In light of Decree No. 2005-202 of 28 February 2005 on the organisation of the civil aviation service of the Indian Ocean;
In light of Decree No. 2005-203 of 28 February 2005 amending Decree No. 62-993 of 18 August 1962 concerning Organisation of the external civil aviation services in the Group's departments Antilles-Guyana;
In view of the decree of 21 December 1982 amending the creation of special or local joint technical committees for the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation;
In view of the decree of 3 March 2005 on the organisation of the management of civil aviation Air navigation services;
In view of the Order of 3 March 2005 establishing the Civil Aviation Technical Service;
In light of the Order of 3 March 2005 establishing the aeronautical training operation service;
Seen the order of 3 March 2005 establishing the Operations, Development and Studies of the management information network,

Item 1
A Central Joint Technical Committee shall be established at the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation with the Director General of Civil Aviation and Having the competence to know, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters relating to all services under the general direction of civil aviation.

Composition Of this Central Joint Technical Committee is as follows:

It A Central Joint Technical Committee shall be established with the Director of the National School of Civil Aviation and having jurisdiction to know, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the aforementioned decree of 28 May 1982, all the questions

It Is hereby established at the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation a special joint technical committee placed with the Secretary-General and having jurisdiction to know, within the framework of the provisions of Title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, questions Relevant to the central services of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation (excluding services with national competence).
The composition of this special Joint Technical Committee is as follows:

It Shall be established with each Director or Head of Service of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation mentioned below a Joint Technical Committee whose composition shall be as follows:

Each of the committees listed in the table above knows, within the framework of the provisions of the title III of the decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above, of all matters affecting the management or service in which it is established.

Members representing the administration of the committees referred to in the foregoing Articles shall be appointed in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 7 of the aforementioned decree of 28 May 1982. Members representing staff shall be appointed in accordance with the conditions laid down in Articles 8, 11 and 11 bis of the aforementioned decree of 28 May 1982.

Article 2 of the decree of 21 December 1982 mentioned above, with the exception of the point d of its A (special CTP placed with the heads of special services of the air bases of Ile-de-France, Bouches-du-Rhône and Gironde), and Article 2a is Repealed.

-the decree of 29 December 1953 establishing technical committees at the State Secretariat for Public Works and Civil Aviation, as amended in particular by the decree of 16 November 1978 for the Joint Technical Committee of the Directorate of Navigation Air;
-the Order of 10 June 1977 establishing a Central Joint Technical Committee with the Director General of Civil Aviation, as amended by the Order of 18 December 1985.
