The Minister of Equipment, transport, spatial planning, tourism and the sea,
Given the code of public procurement;
In view of the decree of 1 October 1926 on measures to Administrative simplification concerning seaports and inland waterways;
Given the amended Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947 authorising ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 53-1169 of 28 November 1953 on the regulation of public administration for the application of the decree of 30 September 1953 on the reform of administrative disputes, as amended by the decree of 29 January 1957;
In view of the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the First Minister;
In light of Decree No. 2004-320 of 8 April 2004 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Spatial Planning, Tourism and the Sea;
In view of the decrees of 25 February 2005 on the composition of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2005-471 of 16 May 2005 laying down the organisation of the The central administration of the Ministry responsible for equipment, transport, spatial planning, tourism and the sea, and in particular Article 9;
In view of the decree of 19 May 2005 on the appointment of the Director General of the Sea and the Transportation;
In light of the May 19, 2005 Order in Council appointing the Director of Rail and collective transportation;
In light of the May 19, 2005 Order in Council appointing the Director of Maritime Affairs,

Item 1


Within the limits of his duties, permanent delegation is given to Mr. Patrice Raulin, Director General To the effect of signing, on behalf of the Minister for equipment, transport, land use planning, tourism and the sea, all acts, orders and decisions and all contracts, contracts and amendments to the exclusion Orders in order.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrice Raulin, delegation is given to Mr. Patrick Vieu, Director of Railway and Collective Transport, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Use Planning, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions and all contracts, contracts and endorsements, excluding Orders in Council, within the limits of the powers conferred upon it Assigned.

In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Patrice Raulin, delegation is given to Mr. Michel Aymeric, Director of Maritime Affairs, to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Equipment, transport, spatial planning, tourism and the sea, all acts, orders and decisions and all contracts, contracts and endorsements, excluding Orders in Council, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
