The Minister of Defence,
Given the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg On 28 January 1981;
Due to the law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 as amended by Decree No. 2007-451 of 25 March 2007 for the application N ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms;
Given the decree n ° 2005-850 of 27 July 2005 on the delegation of signatures of the members of the Government;
In view of the receipt of the National Commission Of Computer and Liberties dated November 7, 2005 with number 1088910,

It is hereby established at the Ministry of Defence, at the Central Directorate for the Service of the Species of the Armed Forces, an automated processing of personal data referred to as " Personnel Administration ", implemented by the service establishments of the military species and whose purpose is the management of military and civilian personnel of the service of the species of armies.

Registered personal data categories are relative to:
-identity (name, marital name, first name, sex, date and place of Birth, address, personal and professional telephone and fax numbers, e-mail business address, specific information with nature, date and potential pension rate);
-family situation (situation Marital, spouse [surname, first name, occupation, nationality], children [given names, sex, date (s) and place (s) of birth, dependent or not, address of parents], person to be prevented in the event of an emergency [identity, kinship, postal address and Telephone]);
-military situation (rank, specialty, length of service, assignment, recruitment number);
-training, degrees and distinctions (degrees, distinctions [proposal, nature and date] Allocation], foreign languages used, vocational training [nature and date of courses, traineeships, other training actions]);
-to professional life (method of recruitment, legal system, administrative position, date of Recruitment, sick leave, other leave, leave, absence and reasons, rank, level, successive and current jobs and assignments, seniority in grade or step, seniority reduction, clearances, administrative residence Successive and current, notation, promotion, transfer request and desired directions, conversion, balance book number, passport number);
-to health (medico-administrative information).
Character data Personal data are kept until the officer's frames are released or the agent's link breaks down with the managing body.
Retention period for personal data relating to reasons of absence Is limited to a period of not more than two years, unless otherwise provided by law.

The recipients of the recorded personal data are, according to their respective responsibilities and the need to know:
-the hierarchical superiors of the persons concerned;
-the Personnel management services;
-members of administrative and technical commissions.

The right of opposition provided for in Article 38 of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, cannot be invoked as part of this processing.

The right of access and rectification provided for in Articles 39 et seq. Of the aforementioned Law of January 6, 1978, shall be exercised with the Directorates of the establishments of the Species of armies implementing treatment.
