Having regard to Decree No. 93-658 of 26 March 1993, as amended Special status of hospital public service workshop monitors;
Given the opinion of the Hospital Public Service Board of Governors as of November 15, 2006,
Describes:
The index ranking for the body of hospital public service workshop monitors is as follows:
Gross indexes: 281-479.
The provisions of this Order are applicable as of November 1, 2006.
Decree n ° 2006-229 of 24 February 2006 concerning the index classification applicable to workshop monitors is repealed.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Reform of the State, Government spokesman, each as far as it is concerned, is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
