Candidates in competitions provided for in Article 4 (1) of the decree of 1 August 1990 shall, no later than the closing date of the registration registers, justify the following two attestations:

Proof of race 1 500 Times timed out
The event consists of an online race with a maximum of 12 candidates at the start.
At the end of the race, the time trial board for each candidate the time actually realized.
The scale The table below shows a different rating for men and women. It is specified that between two time values the note is reported to the one that corresponds to the immediately higher time (example: the performance of 6 minutes 22 seconds [6 min 22] for the scale " Men " Is noted as the performance of 6 minutes 25 seconds [6 min 25], a note of 10).
