In view of the opinion of the Council of the National Union of sickness insurance funds as of 20 March 2007;
The Conseil d' Etat (social section) heard,
Describes:
Article R. 314-161 of the Code of Social Action and Families is supplemented by a sentence so written:
" As regards the day reception, it shall also include the daily package referred to in Article R. 314-207. "
Article R. 314-162 of the Code of Social Action and Families is thus modified:
At 2 ° I are added the words: " As well as the daily packages referred to in R. 314-207." ;
In 1 ° III is added a paragraph reading: " (d) Daily packages referred to in R. 314-207. ".
In Section 3 of Chapter IV of Title I of Book III of the Code of Social Action and Families, an Article R. 314-207 reads as follows:
Art. R. 314-207. -I.-In the institutions referred to in the I of Article L. 313-12, the costs of transport between the home and the establishment of persons receiving daycare are covered by sickness insurance in the form of a package Daily for the number of seats allowed. This package is set within the limit of a fixed ceiling each year by order of the ministers responsible for social security and the
. -In order to benefit from the care, the manager of the establishment must justify arrangements for the organisation of transport adapted to the needs of the persons received and the conditions laid down in I. "
The Minister of Health and Solidarity is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
