In view of the code of education, in particular Articles L. 952-1 and L. 952-6;
In light of Decree No. 71-715 of 2 September 1971 on certain methods of remuneration of teaching staff occupying a Employment in a higher education institution;
In light of the amended Decree No. 83-1175 of 23 December 1983 on allowances for supplementary teaching in public institutions of a scientific and cultural nature and Other higher education institutions reporting to the Minister of National Education;
Given the amended Decree No. 85-733 of 17 July 1985 on lecturers and professors of associated or invited universities;
Seen Decree No. 91-267 of 6 March 1991 on Associated Teachers or Guests in Certain Higher Education Institutions reporting to the Minister responsible for Higher Education, as amended by Decree No. 92-709 of 23 July 1992 and by the Decree No. 2002-1069 of 6 August 2002;
In the light of Decree No. 91-966 of 20 September 1991 on the associated personnel of hospitals and universities in medical and odontological disciplines, as amended by Decree No. 98-276 of 9 April 1998, By Decree No. 2002-1101 of 30 August 2002 and by Decree No. 2006-354 of 24 March 2006;
In the light of Decree No. 93-128 of 27 January 1993 on guest personnel in the fields of odontology,
Décrète:
When additional teaching hours are assigned to them, associate teachers and mid-time guests governed by the decrees of July 17, 1985, March 6, 1991, September 20, 1991 and January 27 1993 aforesaid are remunerated under the conditions laid down by the aforementioned decree of 23 December 1983.
The following are repealed:
-Decree No. 85-1145 of 28 October 1985 on the remuneration of associated or invited teachers in higher education and research institutions Under the Minister of National Education;
-Decree No. 93-129 of 27 January 1993 on the remuneration of guests in medical and odontological disciplines.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Public Service, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, the Minister for Budget and State Reform, Government Spokesperson, and the Associate Minister for Higher Education and Research, each As regards the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
