Summary

Change Order Schedule 2002-552 of 19-04-2002.The decree 2002-902 of 27 May 2002 establishes the inter-ministerial mission to the returnees in place of the delegation to the returnees. On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister for the Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In view of Decree No. 2002-552 of 19 April 2002 establishing a new index subsidy for staff performing duties Of higher responsibility in the central and decentralised departments of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity,

Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health, Family and People with Disabilities, Minister of Public service, the reform of the State and spatial planning and the Minister responsible for the budget and budgetary reform shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall take effect as of 19 September 2002 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
