Order of 10 April 2007 amending the order of 8 March 2007 fixing the organisation and conduct of recruitment competitions for medical inspectors Public

The Minister of the Public Service and the Minister of Health and Solidarity,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
In view of Decree No. 91-1025 of 7 October 1991 on the special status of public health inspectors, as amended by the decree N ° 2000-956 of 29 September 2000 and by Decree No. 2003-462 of 21 May 2003, in particular Articles 4 and 5;
In view of Decree No. 2004-1105 of 19 October 2004 on the opening of recruitment procedures in the civil service;
Vu The Order of 8 March 2007 establishing the organisation and conduct of recruitment competitions for public health inspectors, Stop:

Article 1


The third paragraph of Article 4 of the Order of 8 March 2007 is replaced by the following:
" If more than one candidate meets the same number of points, priority is given to the person who received the highest score in the interview with the board. "

Article 2


The Director, General Administration, Personnel and Budget shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall Will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
