Deprecated:
The revenue collected in consideration for the services provided by the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing referred to in the Article shall be treated as competitive funds for expenditure of public interest 1 of Decree No. 2002-835 of 2 May 2002.
The sums paid by organisations or persons, whether public or private, are treated as funds for public or private expenditure:
1 ° Reimbursement of works on the public domain Compensation for damage caused by third parties and unlawful occupation of the maritime public domain;
2 ° Reimbursement of personnel costs corresponding to equipment, transport and housing officials Available.
This revenue is linked to the relevant budget sections of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing in accordance with the terms laid down by a joint decree of the Minister of Economy, Finance Industry and the Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing.
The following are repealed:
-for the part concerning the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing, Decree No. 81-1222 of 30 December 1981, as amended authorizing the attachment by means of competition funds From the proceeds of various non-tax revenue to the budget of the environment and the living environment, with the exception of paragraphs 3, 11 and 12 of Article 1 thereof;
-Decree No. 82-69 of 18 January 1982 authorizing the attachment, by means of funds Competition, from the proceeds of various non-tax revenue to the budget of the Ministry of the Sea;
-Decree No 82-230 of 9 March 1982 authorising the attachment by competition funds of the proceeds of various non-tax revenues Tax on the budget of the Ministry of Transport;
-Decree n ° 82-342 of 16 April 1982 authorising the linking by means of funds of the product of various non-tax revenue to the budget of the Ministry of Transport;
-le Decree No. 82-989 of 15 November 1982 authorising the attachment by means of funds of the proceeds of various non-tax revenue to the budget of the Ministry of Planning and Housing;
-Decree No. 84-589 of 28 June 1984 Authorising the linking by way of funds of the proceeds of various non-tax revenue to the budget of the State Secretariat in charge of the sea;
-Decree No 90-828 of 20 September 1990 authorising the attachment by way of Competition funds from the proceeds of the funds deposited in the Caisse de deposits et consignations on the AHLM booklet;
-Order No. 94-646 of 21 July 1994 authorising the attachment by competition funds of the product of the Reimbursements by the departments of sums arising from the division between the State and the departments of the property, rights and obligations, other than capital assets, relating to the activities carried out by the equipment park prior to the implementation of the Local trade account, equipment, transportation and tourism.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing and the Secretary of State for the Budget shall each be responsible for the execution of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
