Décrète:
Within the limits of appropriations for this purpose, social service assistants and social service technical advisers of the judicial protection of youth may receive a risk allowance And special hardship.
The annual reference amounts of the special risk and hardship allowance are fixed by joint order of the ministers responsible for justice, the budget and the public
. Individual of the lump sum risk allowance may be modulated to take into account the occupation occupied and the manner of service of the agent. It shall not exceed 120 % of the annual reference amount attached to the employment of the agent.
