    In view of Act No. 72-662 of 13 July 1972, as amended on the general status of the military, in particular Article 19 ;
    In view of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amending the hierarchical classification of the ranks and posts of the civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension scheme;
    In view of Decree No. 75-142 of 3 March 1975, as amended Establishing an allowance for field services allocated to certain members of the army, navy and air force;
    In light of the amended Decree No. 78-729 of 28 June 1978 fixing the military pay system;
    Decree No. 82-47 of 18 January 1982 establishing a campaign service allowance for the military conscripts;
