Describes:
In accordance with the provisions of the Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 referred to above, it may be carried out, under the conditions laid down in this Title, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, to the organisation of competitions for access to the bodies mentioned on the attached list In this Decree, reserved for persons who fulfil the conditions laid down in Article 1 of the said Act.
Candidates May present themselves to the competitions provided for in Article 1 only if they fall within the scope of their last contract, the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity or a public institution by reporting them. In addition, they may submit, in the same year, only one open competition for access to a body of each category organized pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.
For the application of 3 ° of Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001, candidates must be in possession of one of the prescribed diplomas or diplomas By the statutory provisions on recruitment in the host body considered by the external channel.

In addition to the recruitments referred to in Article 1 of this Decree, candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down in Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 may access, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, after a selection by way of professional examination, to the category C body mentioned on the list annexed to this Decree.
Candidates may submit to the professional examinations referred to in Article 7 only if they report, or fall within the expiry date of their Of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity. In addition, they may submit to a single competition or professional examination for access to a category C body organised in accordance with Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.

The Minister responsible for employment and solidarity shall lay down the arrangements for the organisation of professional examinations and appoint the members of the jury.

Jobs not filled as a result of the professional examination provided for in Article 7 may be carried over to jobs which may be filled by competitions for access to Category C bodies provided for in Article 1 of the present Order.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister for Employment and Solidarity, the Minister for Public Service and State Reform and the Secretary of State for the Budget shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic
