In light of Decree No. 94-1016 of 18 November 1994 laying down common statutory provisions applicable to various bodies of officials in category B, as amended by Decrees 97-301 of 3 April 1997 and No. 2001-1238 of 19 December 2001;
In view of Decree No. 97-416 of 23 April 1997 laying down the provisions applicable to the higher administrative body of the decentralised services of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by Decree No. 2000-1189 of the 30 November 2000;
In the light of Decree No. 98-606 of 16 July 1998 on the special status of the corps of civil service providers of the health service of the armed forces, as amended by Decree No. 2000-402 of 5 May 2000;
In view of Decree No. 99-314 of 22 April 1999 Bearing special status of the corps of civilian paramedical technicians of the health service of the armed forces;
Having regard to Decree No. 99-516 of 23 June 1999 on the special status of the corps of civil pharmacy preparers of the health service of the armed forces ;
In view of Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001 on the recognition of professional experience in accordance with the conditions of qualifications or diplomas required to run in competitions and reserved professional examinations organised in Application of Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;

Describes:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the aforementioned Act of 3 January 2001, it may be carried out under the conditions Set out in this Title, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, to the organisation of competitions for access to the bodies referred to in the list annexed to this Decree, reserved for candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down in the Article 1 of the said Act.
Candidates may submit to the competitions provided for in Article 1 only if they report or To the date of expiration of their last contract of the Ministry of Defence or a public institution by reporting.
In addition, they may, in the same year, only have access to one body of each Category organised pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.
For the application of 3 ° of Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 referred to above, applicants must be in possession of one of the titles or diplomas provided for in the statutory provisions relating to recruitment in the host body considered by the external channel. Candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down by the aforementioned Decree of 12 September 2001 may also apply for the reserved competitions for access to the receiving bodies, with the exception of the bodies governed by the aforementioned decree of 22 April 1999 And by the aforementioned decree of 23 June 1999 in so far as they apply to professions for which the holding of a degree is legally required.
Joint orders from the Minister responsible for the Public Service, the Minister responsible for the Budget and the Minister responsible for Defence set out the number of jobs available for these competitions.
Organization Rules Competitions, the nature and programme of the tests shall be fixed by joint decree of the Minister responsible for the Public Service and the Minister responsible for the defence.
The Minister responsible for the defence shall adopt the arrangements for the organisation of the Competition and appoint the members of the jury.
The number of candidates nominated on the supplementary lists does not May exceed 100 % of the total number of jobs offered.
The provisions applicable to the traineeship, sanction of the Traineeship, tenure and classification are those laid down by the status of the host body for non-incumbent agents.
The winners of the reserved competitions for access to category C bodies are confirmed as soon as they are appointed and classified in the Reception body by application of the provisions of Article 6 of the Decree of 27 January 1970 mentioned above
In addition to the recruitments mentioned in Article 1 of this Decree, candidates fulfilling the conditions laid down in the I of Article 1 of the Act of 3 January 2001 may access, for a period of five years from 4 January 2001, after a selection by way of professional examination, to the category C bodies mentioned on the list annexed to this Decree.
Candidates may submit to the professional examinations provided for in Article 7 above only if they report or Under the date of expiry of their last contract of the Ministry of Defence.
In addition, they may, in the same year, apply only to a single reserved competition or professional examination of access to a category C body Pursuant to Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001.
For the purposes of Article 1 of the Law As of 3 January 2001, candidates must be in possession of one of the diplomas or diplomas provided for in the statutory provisions relating to recruitment in the host body considered by the external channel or, failing that, to fulfil the conditions Fixed by the aforementioned decree of 12 September 2001.

Jobs not filled as a result of the professional examination provided for in Article 7 may be carried over to jobs which may be filled by competitions for access to Category C bodies provided for in Article 1 of the present Order-in-Council.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of the Defence And the Secretary of State for the Budget shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic
