Signing delegation order of 22 April 2003

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry,
In view of Organic Law No. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on financial laws;
In view of Order No. 59-2 of January 2, 1959, Organic Law on the Laws of Finance;
Seen the Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 62-1587 of 29 December 1962 amending General Regulations on accounting;
Given Decree No. 2002-893 of 15 May 2002 on the duties of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry;
In light of the June 17, 2002 Order in Council appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the June 17, 2002 decree on the composition of the Government,

Item 1


Permanent Delegation to Mr. Jean-Jacques François, General Payer, Accounting Officer Treasury Board, for the purpose of signing, on behalf of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, for the opening of competition fund credits.

Article 2


In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Jean-Jacques François, the delegation provided for in Article 1 shall be vested in the same conditions to Mr Philippe Maizy, Head of the Treasury Services Catherine Beres and Valérie Zemmour, Departmental Public Treasury Board, and Mr Bernard Ronze, recipient-collector of the Treasury.

Item 3


The June 28, 2002 Order-in-Council Order is repealed.

Section 4


The Minister of The economy, finance and industry is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
