In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Sophie Villers, delegation is given at Ms. Monique Eloit, Chief Veterinary Officer of Veterinary Public Health, to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of Responsibilities assigned to it.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Sophie Villers, delegation is given to Mr Alain Cirot, civil administrator, to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers conferred upon him Assigned.

In case of absence or Mrs. Sophie Villers, Mr. Christian Reboa, a non-class civil administrator, has been delegated to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders, and Decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Sophie Villers Mr. Christian Reboa, Mr. Gérard Mathiaud, civil administrator out of class, and MM. Gérard Paturaud and Bernard Six, heads of mission, have signed, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the Powers entrusted to them.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Sophie Villers, Monique Eloit and Valérie Baduel, Ms. Nathalie Guerson, a veterinary public health inspector, has delegated to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, in The limit of the powers entrusted to it.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mrs Sophie Villers and Monique Eloit And Mr Joël Mathurin, Mr Yves Monnet, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, has signed on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, Orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Ms. Sophie Villers and Monique Eloit and Mr. Olivier Faugere, Mr. Eric Dumoulin, Chief Veterinary Officer, Delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception Decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In case of absence or Ms Sophie Villers and Ms Monique Eloit and Mr Loïc Evain, Mr Jean-Philippe Dop, the Chief Inspector of Veterinary Public Health, was in delegation to sign on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rurality, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to it.
In the event of the absence or hindrance of Ms. Sophie Villers and Ms. Monique Eloit, Ms. Catherine Bouvier, general inspector of veterinary public health, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Of rurality, with the exception of decrees and orders, all acts and decisions concerning the coordination of checks carried out in national surveys in matters falling within the competence of the Directorate-General for Food defined at Article 3 of the decree of 2 July 1999 mentioned above.
The Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rurality is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
