By order of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry dated 18 April 2005, is authorized for the year 2005 the opening of a reserved competition for non-official agents Holders belonging to or having belonged to the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry to the body of administrative secretaries of central administration.
The number of positions offered in this competition will be determined at a later date by an order Ministerial which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The competition consists of an oral admission test. The test begins with a presentation by the candidate on his professional experience and the duties he has performed; this presentation is followed by an interview with the jury, whose objective is to assess his personality, his ability to situate himself in a Professional environment and its ability to adapt to the tasks that can be entrusted to the officials of the body, based on questions put by the jury. These questions shall include, inter alia, professional knowledge as well as experience and functions performed as a non-incumbent agent (duration of the test: 30 minutes; duration of the presentation: 10 minutes maximum; duration of the presentation; Maintenance: 20 minutes minimum).
