Delegation Mr Dominique Libault, Director of Social Security, has the effect of signing, within the limits of his powers and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or Conventions, excluding Orders in Council.
In the event of Mr. Libault's absence or incapacity, delegation is given to Mr. Pierre Ricordeau, Head of Service, Deputy Director, to sign, within the limits of the duties of the Social Security Directorate and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or Conventions, excluding Orders in Council.
In the event of the simultaneous absence or incapacity of Mr. Libault and Mr. Ricordeau, Delegation is given to:
M. Stéphane Seiller, sous-directeur du financement du système de soins;
M. Laurent Habert, sous-directeur de l' accès aux soins, des prestations familiales et des accidents du travail;
M. Franck Le Morvan, Deputy Director of Pensions and Institutions of Complementary Social Protection;

effect of signing, within the limits of their powers and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts, orders, decisions or conventions, other than decrees.
The Order of November 6, 2002 with signing delegation is repealed.
This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
