In the light of the decree of 21 July 2000 on the organization of the Social Security Directorate in the offices of the Subdirections;
Given the April 17, 2003 signing delegation order,

In case The simultaneous absence or prevention of Mr. Dominique Libault, Director of Social Security, and of Mr. Ricordeau, is given to Florence Lianos, Head of the Division of Community and International Affairs, directly under The authority of Mr Ricordeau, to sign, within the limits of his powers and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, acts implementing social security conventions.
In the event of the simultaneous absence or incapacity of Mr. Libault and Mr. Ricordeau, delegation is given to Ms. Laurence Janicot, Head of The General Affairs Division, directly under the authority of Mr Ricordeau, to sign, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts and proposals Commitment and order of payment, transfer and delegation and all supporting documents.
In case The simultaneous absence or incapacity of Mr. Libault, Mr. Ricordeau and Ms. Janicot, delegation is given to Ms. Dominique Séré, a central administrative officer, directly under the authority of Mr. Ricordeau, to the effect of signing, within the limit Duties of the General Affairs Division and on behalf of the Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, all acts and proposals for commitment and order for payment, transfer and delegation and all documents Expenses.
The Order-in-Council of December 5, 2002 with delegated signing authority is repealed.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity shall be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
