As part of the Section II (1 °) of Article 16 of Decree No. 2001-1343 of 28 December 2001: officials of category A of the hospital public service;
Under Section II (2 °) of Article 16 of the Decree of 28 December 2001 cited above: Officials of category A of the civil service of the State and of the territorial civil service.
The officials concerned must justify, as of 1 January 2002, having reached a grade in their bodies, jobs or employment of origin Progress of which the terminal index is at least equal to the gross index 780 and be over 35 years of age and under fifty years of age.

The number of entries proposed is as follows:
