Having regard to Order No. 58-696 of 6 August 1958 on the status Special Staff of the Disconcentrated Services of the Prison Service, as amended by Act No. 92-125 of 6 February 1992;
In the light of Decree No. 66-874 of 21 November 1966 on the special status of service officials Disconcentrated of the prison administration;
In view of Decree No. 2002-728 of 30 April 2002 on the hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of staff placed under the special status of the deconcentrated services of the prison administration, Amended by Decree No. 2005-144 of 17 February 2005 and No. 2005-548 of 25 May 2005;
Having regard to Decree No. 2006-441 of 14 April 2006 on the special status of the bodies of the prison administration's supervisory staff, Décrète:
The indicial classification of the grades and jobs of the staff of the prison administration referred to in Article 1 of the decree of 30 April 2002 shall be amended as follows:

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Reform of the State, spokesperson for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
