In light of Decree No. 70-1094 of 30 November 1970 laying down the conditions for appointment and advancement in The jobs of university secretary-general, as amended in particular by Decree No. 2001-283 of 29 March 2001;
In the light of Decree No 92-356 of 27 March 1992 establishing an Administrative Expenses Allowance for the Secretaries-General of the Academy and University Secretaries General, as amended by Decree No. 2002-467 of 4 April 2002,
Stop:
The beneficiaries of the administrative expenses allowance provided for in Article 1 of the Decree of 27 March 1992, as of 1 January 2001, are divided into three categories, the average rates of which are fixed as follows:
First Category: 9,146 EUR;
Second category: 6,098 EUR;
Third category: 4,573 EUR.
The distribution of Posts of Secretary-General of Academy and Secretary-General of Public Institution of Higher Education between the categories provided for in Article 1 above shall be fixed in the Annex to this Order.
The order of 24 January 2001 implementing Decree No 92-356 of 27 March 1992 establishing compensation for administrative expenses for secretaries General academy and university secretaries general is repealed.
This Order will be published in the Official Journal The French Republic.
A N N E X E
1. The average annual rate of the first category set out in Article 2 of this Order shall be the Secretaries-General of the Academy and the Secretaries-General assigned to the following public higher education
: Aix-Marseille-I, Aix-Marseille-II, Aix-Marseille-III, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux-I, Caen, Dijon, Grenoble-I, Lille-I, Lyon-I, Montpellier-I, Nancy-I, Nantes, Nice, Paris-I, Paris-V, Paris-VI, Paris-VII, Paris-X, Paris-XI, Paris-XII, Poitiers, Reims, Rennes-I, Rouen, Strasbourg-I, Toulouse-II, Toulouse-III and Tours.
2. Benevening the average annual rate of the second category set out in Article 2 of this Order the Secretaries-General assigned to the institutions Higher education public:

3. The average annual rate of the third category set out in Article 2 of this Order shall be provided for the secretaries-general employed in public higher education institutions other than those mentioned in 1 and 2 of this Annex.
