In view of the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State, in particular Article 37 ter;
As amended by Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 Statutory provisions relating to the territorial civil service, in particular Article 60c;
In view of Act No. 2003-775 of 21 August 2003 on pension reform, in particular Article 40;
In view of Decree No. 47-1846 of 19 September 1947 as amended Adopted for the establishment of the National Pension Fund for Local Government Officials, in particular Article 1;
In view of Decree No. 2003-1306 of 26 December 2003 on the pension scheme for staff members affiliated with the Fund National pensions of local authorities, in particular Article 14;
Having regard to Decree No. 2004-678 of 8 July 2004 fixing the rate of assessment provided for in Article L. 11a of the Civil and Military Pensions Code Retirement,
Clipping:
In the fourth preambular paragraph of Article 2 of the aforementioned decree of 8 July 2004, the sentence: For the years 2004 and 2005, the latter rate is 26.9 %." Is replaced by the sentence: " For the years 2006 and 2007, this last rate is set at 27.3 %. ".
The provisions of this Order are applicable on January 1, 2006.
Minister of State, Minister of Interior and Spatial Planning, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Health and Solidarity, Minister of State And the Minister responsible for the budget and the reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
