Signing delegation order of March 25, 2003

The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and rural affairs,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999 establishing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
In view of the Decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
Having regard to the decree of 21 January 2003 appointing the Director General of Administration;
In view of the Order of 2 July 1999 on the organisation and remit of the Directorate-General for Administration;
In view of the Order of 2 July 1999 concerning the organisation of management services General administration;
In view of the January 28, 2003 signing delegation order,

Item 1


Article 4 of the aforementioned decree of 28 January 2003 reads as follows:
" Art. 4. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand, Constant Lecoeur, Jean Larcher de la Villosoye and Ms. Martine Henry, Ms. Sylvie Esnault, Senior Head of Headquarters, Ms. Blandine Thery-Chamard, Chief Veterinary Officer of the Veterinary Public Health, Mr. Michel Pauron, Divisional Engineer, Mr. Hervé Guichon, Senior Central Administrative Attaché, Ms. Dominique Perrier, Head of Mission, and Mr. Stéphane Juille, Chief Engineer of Rural Engineering, Water and Forests, Delegation To sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them. "

Article 2


Article 9 of the aforementioned decree of 28 January 2003 reads as follows:
" Art. 9. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand, Constant Lecoeur, Jean Larcher de la Villosoye, Ms. Martine Henry and Ms. Sylvie Esnault, Mr. Michel Naro and Ms. Danièle Saint-Louboué, Senior Headquarters Attachments, and Ms. Elisabeth Gaudion, attached Delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers conferred on them Assigned. "

Article 3


Article 12 of the aforementioned decree of 28 January 2003 reads as follows:
" Art. 12. -In the event of absence or incapacity of MM. Jean-Marie Aurand and Jean-Claude Michel, Mr. Christian Courcol, Chief Engineer for Rural, Water and Forest Engineering, Mr. Claude Delatre, Head of Mission, and Mr. Gilles Beslay, Senior Central Administrative Attaché, have signed, at Name of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, with the exception of Orders in Council, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them. "

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
