Minister Delegate to the Budget and State Reform, Spokesperson for the Government,
In view of the environmental code, in particular Articles L. 334-1 and L. 334-2;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-54 of 27 January 2005 on financial control in the administrations of the State;
Given the decree n ° 2005-757 of 4 July 2005 on financial control in the administrations of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 2005-1429 of 18 November 2005 on the tasks, organisation and employment of the budgetary and accounting control services Department,
Stops:

Article 1


The Departmental Budget Controller and Departmental Accounting Officer of the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable development is designated to exercise financial control over the establishment of the Marine Protected Areas Agency.

Article 2


This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
