By order of the Minister of Health, Family and Disabled Persons as of March 24, 2003, the competition International medical residency for the academic year 2003-2004 is open as follows:
Period of registration: from April 1 to April 28, 2003, at 5 p.m. (postmark).
Applications for Applications Are to be deposited under the following conditions:
For doctors resident in France: by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to the regional management of health and social affairs of Haute-Normandie, building Le Mail, 31, rue Malouet, 76017 Rouen Cedex;
For doctors residing abroad at the French embassies (service of cooperation and cultural action of the country of origin).
Any file incomplete or not reached at the closing date of the entries Is declared inadmissible.
Dates and venue of the tests:
Proof of eligibility: 3 September 2003, at 10 a.m.:
For doctors resident in France: in the Jean Monnet area, at Rungis (94);
For doctors resident abroad : in the embassies of France.
Admission evidence: 25 November 2003, at 2 p.m., in the Jean Monnet area, at Rungis (94).
The number of posts offered is 100, depending on the distribution set out in the Annex.
The registration dossier includes: :
-the registration form completed, dated and signed;
-the legible copy of the identity card or passport;
-a certificate or document attesting to the applicant's nationality;
-the copy of the diploma or document Place allowing medical practice in the country of origin;
-a certificate issued by the competent authorities recognizing that the postulated diploma permits the exercise of the speciality in the country of origin;
-a certificate of the Candidate recognizing that he is informed that he is not entitled to medical practice in France;
-for doctors resident in France, the readable photocopy of the document authorizing the regular stay in France.
All documents Will be translated into French. Any incomplete folder will be declared non-responsive.
