The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Use Planning, Tourism and the Sea, Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development and Minister Delegate to research,
Having regard to Decree n ° 59-587 of 29 April 1959 concerning appointments to the management positions of certain public establishments, public undertakings and national companies, as amended in particular by Decree No. 85-834 of 6 August 1985;
In light of Decree No. 84-428 of 5 June 1984 concerning the creation, organization and operation of the Institut français de recherche pour l' exploitation de la mer;
In the light of the decree of 18 March 2005 appointing the Council Administration of the Institut français de recherche pour l' exploitation de la mer;
Given the proposal of the Board of the Institut français de recherche pour l' exploitation de la mer as of March 22, 2005;
Council of the Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1

M. Jean-Yves Perrot is appointed Chairman of the Board of the Institut français de recherche pour le Exploitation of the sea.

Article 2

The Prime Minister, the Minister for National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Land Use Planning, Tourism and the Sea, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Development, the Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development, the Minister of State for Research, the Secretary of State for Transport and the Sea and the Secretary of State for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Decree, Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
