II. -Degrees required to apply
Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
1 ° Be the holder of the authorisation to conduct research under Article 16 of the Act of 26 January 1984 In relation to higher education;
2 ° Being the holder of the former Doctorate of State which is no longer granted.
Candidates who do not possess the diplomas listed in 1 ° and 2 ° above, in particular in the disciplines Specific higher education under the Minister responsible for agriculture, but justifying titles, diplomas, qualifications, works or services of a comparable level, may be allowed to compete by decision of the Minister after notice In favour of the National Commission for Teacher-Teachers reporting to the Minister for Agriculture (CNECA).
For certain open competitions in the national veterinary schools, in addition to the diplomas required above, candidates must Have a veterinary doctor's degree.
