II. -Degrees required to apply
Candidates must meet one of the following conditions:
1 ° to be the doctoral candidate provided for in Article 16 of Law No. 84-52 of 26 January 1984 on Higher education;
2 degree holder of the doctorate of state, doctoral degree or degree of doctor engineering.
