By order of the Minister delegated to industry on date On 2 March 2004:
are entitled to collect the information and documents and to carry out the investigations referred to in Article L. 32-4 of the postal code and telecommunications and to carry out the checks, seizures, investigations, search and finding by The offences falling within the scope of Article L. 40 of the Postal Code and telecommunications, for a period of five years and throughout the national territory, the officials of the Regulatory Authority Telecommunications:
Misses Cécile Gaubert, Lucile Loiseau, MM. Roland Altieri, Charles-Henri Levaillant and Bertrand Vandeputte.
The authorities are entitled to carry out the checks, seizures, investigations, search and record of the offences falling within the scope of Article L. 40 of the Code. Posts and telecommunications, for a period of five years and throughout the national territory, the agents of the following telecommunications regulatory authority:
Mils Fabienne Amiard, Claire Chamailiard, Elisabeth Marescaux, Dorothée Papiewski, Anne Schermann, wife Huguet, and MM. Bernard Celli, Alain Doisneau, Gérard Giraudon, Olivier Mellina-Gottardo and Loïc Taillanter.
A card attesting to this entitlement and oaths is established and issued by the Chairman of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
