In light of Decree No. 2004-205 of 3 March 2004 on the conditions of remuneration of the external staff of the Institute for the High Studies of Security Inside,

The average amount of monthly allowances that may be allocated by the Director of the Graduate Institute of Internal Security to staff recruited under Article 1 of the Decree of 3 March 2004 referred to above shall be fixed at EUR 865, without the maximum allowance exceeding a ceiling of EUR 1 298.
