Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001 on the recognition of the professional experience in equivalence of the conditions of qualifications or diplomas required to run in competitions and reserved professional examinations held in application From Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;
Given the decree n ° 2002-661 of 30 April 2002 on the organization of recruitment competitions for employees of the State of categories A, B, C and professional examinations for the recruitment of staff members of the category C State reserved for certain non-incumbent agents Under the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity under Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service, as well as Work in the territorial civil service;
In view of the decree of 26 December 2000 on the delegation of powers concerning the recruitment of certain staff of the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity;

For each of the reserved professional examinations held pursuant to the decree of April 30, 2002 Granted access to one of the receiving bodies set out in the list set out in the Annex to this Order, a committee shall be established pursuant to Article 3 of the aforementioned Decree of 12 September 2001. Its composition shall be as follows:
I.-When the competition is organised at national level, the committee shall comprise:
1 ° A representative of the minister (s) under whose authority the reception body is located, President;
2 ° A representative of the services of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons;
3 ° A qualified personality chosen from among the agents on duty in the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and People with Disabilities.
In addition, the Commission may join, in an advisory capacity, one or more experts selected in Consideration of their professional qualifications.
II. -When the competition or the professional examination is organised at the deconcentrated level, the committee shall comprise:
1 ° A representative of the regional prefect in which the authority responsible for drawing up the list of candidates admitted to the competition is established, President;
2 ° A representative of the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled People;
3 ° A qualified personality chosen from among the Officers on duty in the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled
. Advisory, one or more experts selected on the basis of their professional qualifications.
The members of the committee and, where appropriate, the expert (s) shall be appointed by the authority responsible for organising the competition or professional examination. An alternate member shall be appointed for each of the full members. The term of office of the members and alternates shall run until the last session of the open competition or examination during the period laid down in the first paragraph of Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001. If a member, holder or substitute, or an expert is no longer able to carry out his mandate, he shall be replaced under the conditions laid down in this Article.
The chairman shall convene the members of the committee and, where appropriate, the experts, on a proposal from the service responsible for organising the competition or professional examination, which provides the secretariat of the committee. The Commission shall act by an absolute majority of its members.
The Director of General Administration, Personnel and Budget for the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Ministry of Health, Family and Disabled Persons and the Director of General Administration and Service Modernization at the Ministry of Business Of the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
